DPI has experience with high security applications involving cash, checks or sensitive personal information such as medical records, bank account information and social security numbers.  To satisfy the requirements of security conscious clients, DPI has the following security precautions available:

Physical Security

• Keypad restricts access to a secure data entry/lockbox/scanning area
• Secure data entry/lockbox/scanning area has a glass wall to create a “fishbowl” effect
• Secure data entry/lockbox/scanning area has no exterior walls
• Table tops are used for work areas (no drawer space)
• Purses are not allowed in the secure data entry/lockbox/scanning area
• Multiple employees must occupy the secure data entry/lockbox/scanning area
• Tasks assigned to multiple employees to minimize risk of fraud or theft
• Security camera with time lapsed VCR
• Monitored security alarm
• Four foot floor safe
• Documents kept in locked storage area

Data Security

• Keypad restricts access to the server room and all network servers
• Network access is password protected
• Passwords must be changed every 60 days
• Automatic network log off for inactive workstations
• Access rights limited by user
• Network servers have RAID 5 configuration
• Backup servers have RAID 5 configuration
• Full weekly and incremental daily backup
• Offsite storage of backup
• Password protected FTP server
• Encryption of data
• Employees required to sign a non-disclosure agreement
